With 20 years of interior design experience to offer, Lynne Abreu, the firm’s principal can assist you with almost any need you might have to improve your home. Remodels Westview Design can plan, design and execute any portion of an interior remodeling project. We can assist you with a complete remodel of your entire home or just your kitchen or bathroom. We have a qualified list of contractors and tradesman we work with or we can simply do the design work for you to pass onto your chosen contractors. Upon meeting to determine your needs and desires, we will develop a design plan. After the plan has been refined and finalized, execution of the plan will begin. Full Service Interior Design Westview has numerous resources to help you find the perfect piece of new furniture, art and/or accessories. We can also assist you in finding and selecting fabrics, window coverings and flooring. Color Consultations Paint is the easiest and most cost effective way to change the look of your home and freshen things up. We offer one-hour color consultations at a rate of $150.00. This service will help you determine the perfect color and its application for a given space. Our knowledge and experience will take all the guess work out of choosing a color from a tiny color swatch! We leave you with a detailed list of color swatches, paint manufacturers, and painters! Room Tune-up Welcome to the Room Tune-up by Westview Design, LLC. This unique service will transform your home in ONE day leaving you with a sense of excitement you never thought possible. It is a perfect solution for homeowners unable or unwilling to remodel their homes. Lynne Abreu, a professional Visual Coordinator and Instructor, will apply the proven Visual Coordination technique to your home using all your existing furniture, art and accessories. In addition, if there are items you wish to add, this service will give you clear direction for purchasing what you really need, avoiding costly mistakes. We are so confident you will love our work, IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR NEW ROOM, WE WILL PUT IT ALL BACK AND YOU PAY NOTHING! Staged to Sell First impressions are everything! Staged to Sell by Westview Design, LLC is a comprehensive service designed to assist Homeowners, Builders and Real Estate Professionals in showcasing their listed properties to be seen through the EYES OF A BUYER! Staging has received national attention. In addition, on projects where we purchase product for our customers, we charge 15% above our cost not to exceed the suggested retail price of any given item. |
